The most positive things is the open communication and various channels we have to communicate with our leaders! If associates are heard then change can happen . We see it happen which is great!

The best thing about my team is the support! We are all in this together. We win, and we learn together! I am never afraid to ask for help or say I don't understand something because I know everyone has my back.

We collaborate often and have honest conversations. We view our team as one and work to ensure others see us the same. We are always striving to be better and it' s okay to admit where you have weaknesses so you can get better!

The most positive thing about our company culture is that we are allowed to be our authentic selves and are respected for it! We are encouraged to share what makes us happy, and most of the time, is has nothing to do with work!

The best part about the compensation packet is the bonus opportunity. Although HR is a non-revenue generating team, we add value to the organization's goals and bottom line. Allowing us to share in the profit demonstrates how much they value us as business partners and our contributions.

I am excited to show up to work to engage with my team and support my business units. I feel needed and valued at work. I know each day, we are doing work that matters to help families stay together while a loved one is journeying back to good health!
