
There are hardly any times where there are negative vibes within our team in the office.
I love my job. I love staying busy and learning new things and that happens each and every day at work.
I just feel like I take on a lot of responsibility and am committed to my job and sometimes that is overlooked as far as being compensated.
I honestly try to keep the mood high in our office. I pep everyone up so there are no negative feelings. If I know someone is having a bad day, I try to make them smile without pushing it too far.
The chain of command system is pretty awesome. When I have an issue whether good or bad, I can go to my immediate supervisor and she will go to her manager if she cannot help and so on and within a few days or less it gets resolved.
