Mr. Jie Yang has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of China Telecom Corp. Ltd. since December 30, 2015 and has been its Executive Director since October 20, 2004. Mr. Sun serves as Vice President of China Telecommunications Corporation. He has been Executive Director of China Communications Services Corporation Limited since January 19, 2015. He served as Department Head of Information Industry Department and Director General of Communications Bureau at Sichuan Province. He served as General Manager of Sichuan Telecom Company Limited. He serves as a Board Member of Gsma Ltd. He is Member of Party Leadership Group. He is a Senior Engineer. Mr. Sun holds an MBA degree from the University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Yuzhu Ma serves as Managing Director of Corporate Culture Department at China Telecom Corp. Ltd. Mr. Ma served as Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of China Telecommunications Corporation. He studied part- time in Australian National University in 2000 and obtained a Master degree in International Business Administration in 2001.
