The compensation part of cogent is excellent, they have an incredible incentive structure, and salary is always deposited on time. Incentive Structure and Basic Pay I like most.

Everything is perfectly good, Except incentive structure of recruiter. as we are depend on other employee for our incentives. I strongly want our incentive structure to be changed
