I am embarrassed to have worked at Concerto, staffing was so low and caseloads were so high that we were unable to meet the needs of our members

I worked from home

I knew going in that Concerto had a poor reputation and were unable to keep staff. I did not know that despite making the nurses carry double caseloads and not replacing staff that leave that they would still have difficulties making their financial obligations

Keep oppinions to yourself, they don't want your advice.

Constant turn over of management. In 2 years I had 2 different managers, 3 different directors, and 4 different VPs. Promotion leads to firing at this company, keep quiet and don't make waves.
