What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have good intentions and goals.
I like that the leadership team recognizes when employees do a good job. I also like that the leadership teams seem to care about the employees.
They have a passion for taking care of people
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Put member needs first. Nurses have been carrying a double caseload for almost a year because management won't hire more staff.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual wage is fair for a nurse case manager
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More positive feedback for the people who actually are competent and more education and/or discipline for those who do not perform up to standards
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the people that I work with. I get the chance to interact with people of different disciplines on a daily basis, which affords me many learning opportunities.
Great group of caring nurses that despite the overwhelming and ridiculous work load continue to try and meet the needs of the members
They are good at customer service but very young and no healthcare experience

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing positive, management is hostile. VP screams during staff meetings and makes insulting remarks about nurses
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have reasonable expectations for work load, and better communication regarding changes.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I did not feel pressured to present as someone I am not. I honestly do not think the interviewers would have cared if I interviewed in a t-shirt. They were more interested in what I can contribute rather than my appearance.

Double the nursing staff immediately. Stop screaming at staff during Meetings and treat us like the professionals we are
