Mr. Timothy A. Power has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Continental Building Products, Inc. since August 2013. Mr. Power served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Lafarge from April 2005 to August 2013 and as Assistant General Counsel of Lafarge from September 1999 to April 2005. He is a member of the New York and District of Columbia bars. He received a B.A. and J.D. from Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Dennis Romps has been Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at Continental Building Products, Inc. since January 1, 2014 and its Chief Accounting Officer since January 7, 2015. Mr. Romps served as the Chief Financial Officer at Continental Building Products, Inc. from August 2013 to December 31, 2013. He served as a Co-Chief Financial Officer of Lafarge from December 2006 through August 2013, as Vice President of Finance and IT of the gypsum division of Lafarge from January 2012 through August 2013, as Vice President of Finance and Supply Chain of the gypsum division of Lafarge from January 2011 through December 2011 and as Vice President of Finance of the gypsum division of Lafarge from 2005 through December 2010. Mr. Romps received a B.A. from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from Kellogg ??? Northwestern University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
