Mr. Timothy A. Power has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Continental Building Products, Inc. since August 2013. Mr. Romps received a B.A. from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from Kellogg ??? Northwestern University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
