The onsite management is great but the corporate management is terrible and does not understand what we do.

They need to stop sending our work offshore to India and Manilla. The agents there do not do any work and just copy and paste the sames notes leaving the onshore agents to work everything

There are other companies who do what we do and a large amount of our agents have left for these companies as they pay higher. They refuse to raise our wages and spend all their money on paying offshore agents to do our work.
