Mr. Glenn T. Umetsu has been Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Cricket Communications Inc., since January 2005. Mr. Umetsu served as Chief Technical Officer and an Executive Vice President of Leap Wireless International Inc. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Cricket Communications, Inc. He has over thirty years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Leap Wireless International Inc., from January 2004 to January 2005 and its Senior Vice President of Engineering Operations, Launch from June 2001 to January 2004 and also its Vice President of Engineering, Operations and Launch Development from April 2000 to June 2001. From September 1996 to April 2000, Mr. Umetsu served as a Vice President of Engineering and Technical Operations of Cellular One in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Umetsu served in various telecommunications operations roles for 24 years at AT&T Wireless, McCaw Communications, RAM Mobile Data (now Cingular Mobile Data), Honolulu Cellular, PacTel Cellular, AT&T Advanced Mobile Phone Service, Northwestern Bell, the US Air Force Communications Service and the United States Air Force. He serves as a Director of Cricket Communications, Inc. He serves as a Director of CommNexus San Diego (formerly San Diego Telecom Council). Mr. Umetsu holds a B.A. from Brown University in Mathematics and Economics.

Ms. Linda K. Wokoun serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Customer Care of Cricket Communications, Inc. Ms. Wokoun was responsible for the quality of Leap Wireless International customer facing processes, as well as programs focused on the Cricket customer lifecycle from adoption to retention. She was responsible for developing and managing Leap Wireless International Inc.'s marketing initiatives, including programs focused on the entire Cricket(R) customer lifecycle from adoption to retention. She served as Senior Vice President of Customer Operations at Leap Wireless International Inc. She served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Customer Care of Leap Wireless International Inc. since June 8, 2005. Ms. Wokoun has 20 years of industry experience. She served as President and Chief Executive Officer of RiverStar Software, a company providing web services development software, which integrated business processes and enterprise systems for use in customer contact centers, CRM, HR, outsourcing and other production functions. Prior to RiverStar Software, Ms. Wokoun served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of iPCS, Inc. (and iPCS, Inc.'s predecessor) since March 2000, where she was charged with business start-up and ongoing operations, including recruiting the network team and building the network, recruiting and developing the sales and marketing organization, building and operating retail stores, and developing a third-party distribution network. Ms. Wokoun served as Vice President, Wireless Operations for Ameritech Cellular, which prior to its merger with SBC, served over 3 million cellular and 1.5 million paging customers. Ms. Wokoun served as Ameritech Cellular's Vice President of Marketing from November 1994 to April 1996 and Vice President, General Manager Missouri (CyberTel, an Ameritech Company) from September 1992 to November 1994. She holds an MBA in Finance from the Kelley Graduate School of Business at Indiana University, as well as a BA in Economics from Indiana University.

She served as Vice President and General Manager of AT&T Mobility & Consumer. Ms. Baehman is a wireless industry veteran with more than 23 years of experience with roles in marketing, sales and operations. During her tenure with AT&T, Ms. Baehman has held various positions of increasing responsibility, including serving as executive director of marketing for AT&T's Northeast Region. Ms. Baehman served as Executive Director of sales in the New York market.
