  • Very structured and not personal

  • Simple interview. Very mechanical. I sat in a room with a group of staff members who went around the circle asking questions from a script. They didn't ask anything out of the ordinary.

  • I would change the management style to be less focused on the minor details of each employee's day and more on the bigger picture about the direction of the organization as a whole.

  • The executive director was a narcissist and uninvolved and unaware of daily operations of organization. Also tends to get very hands-y and creepy around women when at out of office functions involving alcohol. He needs to retire and step aside.

  • The Director of our department is rarely in the office. He is good about communicating our mission, vision and values as an organization to the wider public, but can improve his attitude during meetings with potential new partners and funders to take the organization to the next level.
