The Director of our department is rarely in the office. He is good about communicating our mission, vision and values as an organization to the wider public, but can improve his attitude during meetings with potential new partners and funders to take the organization to the next level.
The executive director was a narcissist and uninvolved and unaware of daily operations of organization. Also tends to get very hands-y and creepy around women when at out of office functions involving alcohol. He needs to retire and step aside.
