He served as Vice President and Manager of the Commercial Banking Center for Sanwa Bank, Ltd. (Japan) and Sanwa Bank of California's San Fernando Valley and West Los Angeles regional offices. He started his career with First Interstate Bank. Mr. Myers served as the Chairman of Mellon 1st Business Bank NA (M1BB) from August 2004 to 2006. He has been a Director at CVB Financial Corp. and Citizens Business Bank since August 2006. He served as a Director of Mellon 1st Business Bank, NA. He serves as a Member of the Harvard Varsity Club, Harvard Club of Southern California and the Professionals Network Group and completed their extensive commercial loan training program. He attended La Canada High School, where he was recognized as a Scholar athlete. Mr. Myers received a Bachelor's Degree from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of California at Los Angeles.

He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Enterprise Bank. Mr. Nicholson started his career as a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor with Coopers & Lybrand LLP. He subsequently served in various finance roles at Mellon Financial and its successor, BNY Mellon, in functional areas such as commercial banking, private banking, mortgage banking, wealth management, insurance services (life company, commercial agency, consumer agency) and brokerage services. Mr. Nicholson received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton and his MBA from Virginia Tech.
