Mr. Christopher D. Myers, also known as Chris, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at CVB Financial Corp. and its subsidiary, Citizens Business Bank since August 1, 2006. Mr. Myers served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mellon 1st Business Bank NA from August 2004 to 2006. He was responsible for M1BB's seven-member executive management team, which sets corporate strategies and policies, as well as its day-to-day operations. He served as an Executive Vice President and Head of M1BB's Northern Division. He served several management positions with the M1BB's, from 1996 to 2003 including Regional Vice President (San Fernando Valley) and Vice President/Group Manager (Los Angeles). He joined M1BB in November 1996. He served as Vice President and Manager of the Westwood office of Harvard Varsity Club. He served as Vice President and Manager of the Commercial Banking Center for Sanwa Bank, Ltd. (Japan) and Sanwa Bank of California's San Fernando Valley and West Los Angeles regional offices. He started his career with First Interstate Bank. Mr. Myers served as the Chairman of Mellon 1st Business Bank NA (M1BB) from August 2004 to 2006. He has been a Director at CVB Financial Corp. and Citizens Business Bank since August 2006. He served as a Director of Mellon 1st Business Bank, NA. He serves as a Member of the Harvard Varsity Club, Harvard Club of Southern California and the Professionals Network Group and completed their extensive commercial loan training program. He attended La Canada High School, where he was recognized as a Scholar athlete. Mr. Myers received a Bachelor's Degree from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Mr. E. Allen Nicholson has been the Chief Financial Officer of CVB Financial Corp. since July 1, 2016. Mr. Nicholson has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Citizens Business Bank since May 4, 2016. Mr. Nicholson served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Pacific Premier Bank and Pacific Premier Bancorp Inc. from June 22, 2015 to May 31, 2016 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until May 31, 2016. Mr. Nicholson concluded his career at BNY Mellon as the Chief Financial Officer of Mellon 1stBusiness Bank and as the Chief Financial Officer of BNY Mellon Wealth Management's National Banking Business Line. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of 1st Enterprise Bank since December 2009. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Enterprise Bank. Mr. Nicholson started his career as a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor with Coopers & Lybrand LLP. He subsequently served in various finance roles at Mellon Financial and its successor, BNY Mellon, in functional areas such as commercial banking, private banking, mortgage banking, wealth management, insurance services (life company, commercial agency, consumer agency) and brokerage services. Mr. Nicholson received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton and his MBA from Virginia Tech.

Mr. David A. Brager has been an Executive Vice President and Sales Division Manager at Citizens Business Bank at CVB Financial Corp. since November 22, 2010. Mr. Brager served as an Executive Vice President of Sales Division at CVB Financial Corp. since November 22, 2010. He served as a Senior Vice President of Citizens Business Bank until November 2010. Mr. Brager joined Citizens Business in 2003. He served as Regional Manager of the Central Valley area of Citizens Business Bank since 2007. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and Manager of the Fresno Business Financial Center. Mr. Brager's professional career incorporates over twenty-two years of banking experience with extensive background in management, commercial lending, business planning, sales and operations. Mr. Brager graduated from Pacific Coast Banking School (PCBS), which is in partnership with the University of Washington Graduate School of Business. He also received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno, California.

Mr. David C. Harvey has been the Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of Citizens Business Bank, a subsidiary of CVB Financial Corp. since December 31, 2009. From 2000 to 2008, Mr. Harvey served as Senior Vice President and Operations Manager at Bank of the West. From 2008 to 2009, he served as an Executive Vice President and Commercial and Treasury Services Manager at Bank of the West. Mr. Harvey serves on the WesPay Board of Directors. He is a Certified Treasury Professional and a Member of the Association for Financial Professionals. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University at Sacramento. He is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
