Daphne Large, founding CEO of Data Facts, got her start in the Consumer Reporting Industry at the young age of 16 at Equifax Services. She recognized a competitive advantage and started Data Facts in 1989 at the age of 27. Data Facts is celebrating its 30th year in business. Daphne attended the University of Memphis, Equifax Developmental School, Leadership Germantown, the New Memphis Leadership Development Intensive and other Management study. She was inducted into the Society of Entrepreneurs in 2014 and is a frequent contributor to Entrepreneurial and Leadership programming. She has been named CEO of the Year by the MBJ, Super Woman in Business by MBJ, Top Women Owned Business many times, and Data Facts has been named a Top Work Place from 2013 - 2017. Data Facts was founded on the philosophy that if we take great care of our people, they will take great care of our customers who in turn will take great care of Data Facts. They do and it works. Large currently serves the Memphis community in many capacities. She serves as the Vice-Chair of the Chairmen's Circle of the Greater Memphis Chamber, serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Memphis Chamber, is a past Board Chair of New Memphis, served on the University of Memphis LEAD Board, served as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Make A Wish Mid-South, served 7 years on the Board of Trustees for St. George's Independent School and as Vice Chair and Secretary, served on the Youth Villages West Tennessee Board and has held other Board and Executive Committee positions. Daphne is passionate about giving back and believes to whom much has been given, much is expected. She practices and inspires others to give all you can, as often as you can to as many as you can. She is an ardent William Churchill admirer and believes in his words of "We make a living by what we get; but, we make a life by what we give".

For more than two decades, Julie Wink has been a key contributor to growing Data Facts. Getting her start in the credit industry in 1987 as a “Credit Investigator “, she joined Data Facts in 1995 and in 2005 she became the Executive Vice President and Partner. Julie is committed to providing trusted credit and financial solutions. Julie is committed to providing trusted credit and financial solutions. She also served as the President of My Credit My Future. Julie spent a year developing this educational resource to bring financial literacy to your staff, customers and community. Throughout Julie’s career, her professional dedication has allowed her to serve on numerous Boards of Directors, including: The Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association, the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association, and The National Consumer Reporting Association (NCRA). Over the past 15 years, Julie has shown her leadership through her service on multiple NCRA committees. She has served in the roles of Treasurer

Lisa P. May, Senior Vice President, started with Data Facts in 1998. She is a graduate of the University of Memphis, where she earned a Bachelors of Business Administration and majored in Marketing. Her tenure with the company as allowed her to take ownership of many different roles. After being the Background Screening Division Sales Manager she moved into the role of VP of Marketing to fully develop and build a strong marketing department as the company had grown into a national company, with customers all over the country. Previously she was the Senior Vice President of Data Facts in charge of both the Marketing Department and the Background Screening Sales Division. She won the Sales Person of the Year or Eagle Award in 2003, 2009 and 2010 and the Diamond Award (Employee of the Year) in 2010. A leader in the community she has served on the SHRM Memphis Board in 2010 and 2011 and completed the New Memphis Institute’s Leadership Development Intensive course in 2014.

Working for Data Facts since 1996, What Johnna enjoys most about Data Facts is our dedication and determination to provide the best possible information to our clients. She wants to be a resource and partner that client's can count on. She understands the importance of having each and every client and our service from sales and operations, reflect it. Johnna has over 19 years experience in the industry. She listens carefully to understand our clients' needs and preferences. she likes to give our clients' prompt service, and doesnt make them wait. Johnna generally lives by the rule: treat others as you would like to be treated. And she loves what she does and that comes across with her interactions with people. Johnna has a degree is Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration of Human Resource Management. She had worked in the Staffing Industry prior to joining Data Facts.

Tammy excels in ensuring the company growth does not lead to a disabling bureaucracy. Not one to sit by and wait for things to happen, Tammy makes them happen, all the while infusing the team she leads with an infectious energy and passion that empowers them to think big, set stretch goals, and then pursue those goals with such an intensity and focus that anything but success is unthinkable. With over 25 years of experience at the world’s largest retailer in Operations, Human Resources, Legal and Risk Management leadership roles, Tammy is a natural leader who has been repeatedly tapped in development and execution of strategic initiatives and who has defined new paths forward to propel the business to new heights of success and growth. Before joining Data Facts, Tammy’s most recent role was leading the world’s largest background check program (1.75 million annually), developing a Sexual and Violent Offender program, and leading a Threat and Risk Research Analysis team.

Julie is no stranger to top level performance. That is what attracted her to working at Data Facts. She truly values working for a company that is able to provide the quick services that her client’s need and deserve, without ever sacrificing the highest quality of customer service or the accuracy of the data. It is her goal each and every day is to serve as a trusted advisor to all of her customers and potential clients! Julie is an active member of the national organization and the Memphis chapter of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management). She also regularly attends Lipscomb and Pitts Breakfast Club events. She volunteers with Mid-South Make-A-Wish and Youth Villages. She is also the founder of the annual Mid-South Best of the Best Dance Showcase that benefits the Wings Cancer Foundation, a nonprofit in Memphis, TN that provides services to help with the physical, emotional and psychological needs of cancer survivors. She is also a St. Jude Partner in Hope.

Matt flew in to Data Facts as a Marketing Specialist & Graphic Design Associate in 2016 from the aviation industry where he managed B2B marketing strategies for a commercial aftermarket parts and aircraft disassembly company. With over 15 years of Marketing Management experience, Matt transitioned into the background screening and lending solutions industry to focus on his first love, graphic design. Matt recognized the collaborative, team atmosphere at Data Facts and was instantly drawn to the company. After being named a winner of the Memphis Metro Area Top Workplaces award by the Commercial Appeal for three straight years, Matt knew Data Facts was where he wanted to transition to. He said, “Working in this type of collaborative environment unlocks and enhances the creativity within me. It’s very gratifying to work with such a great group that is dedicated to not only their customers, but to their people as well.”

Rory has spent the majority of his career in the Industrial Electronics industry working with manufacturing plants and helping to solve their automation and plant maintenance issues. He had the experience of working for both a growing and expanding business that went quickly to over $300 million, as well as a large publicly traded organization with over $6 Billion in revenue. He has been in sales for nearly 20 years and after meeting the leadership team, hearing from multiple clients and learning more about the opportunity, he was very excited have the opportunity to join Data Facts and serve the Arkansas, Oklahoma and Missouri area. Rory has obtained a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Arkansas Mortgage Bankers Association. He is NCRA/FCRA advanced certified.

Blake is (among many, many things) instrumental in keeping our internal gears well oiled and running efficiently. From exhibiting our core values to being involved in our community, we can always count on Blake to be a leader! He is passionate about making a difference, both at Data Facts and in the Memphis community. He is actively involved with St. Jude, Mid-South Foodbank, Habitat for Humanity and sits as the Co-Chairman of the Associate Board for Make-A-Wish of the Mid-South. "Every day is a new experience and that holds value that cannot be replaced easily in today’s market. Attention to detail, speed, and overall management of the task at hand I believe is my key to success at Data Facts." Blake is a graduate of the New Memphis Institute’s Embark Program and is FCRA/NCRA Certified. A member of the President’s Club, Blake has also been the recipient of several awards. The Data Facts Diamond Award recipient, this is the highest award given by Data Facts.
