Approachable and genuinely nice people. The company culture is very direct and you are encouraged to push back on the management team and have genuine discussions and brainstorming. They're down to earth and honest.

High salaries and very generous stock packages to make sure you're in it to win it and be here when the company hits IPO. They even gave secondary to longtime employees in the Round B investment
