With EHI as parent company of Deem, the culture really does trickle down to create a collaborative, supportive and friendly environment.

We encourage all employees to take time for vacation, to pursue their own interests, to stay healthy, and to spend time with friends and family.
Deem currently has an accrual based vacation system, based on how long an employee has worked at the company. It also offers paid holidays and floating holidays.
