How's the morale at Navan?
Great environment. As long as they keep allowing us to work on a hybrid schedule 2x week in office 3x week from home, I will not be looking for another job
It's okay. I'm aware of some people considering leaving due to the lack of opportunities and poor scheduling.
It is great, everyone seems to really love working here.
What's the work from home policy like at Navan?
The post-Covid hybrid policy announced by Ariel in early April is that everyone should come to the office at least twice a week. It's still pretty nice to be able to WFH 3 days a week if you have a long commute - plus most of my team is more productive at home without the office chatting and distractions (wonderful perks at the office though. Great daily lunch in Palo Alto!)
Currently you have to come into the office of your shift starts and ends between 6am-9pm Mon-Fri. It would be nice for more flexibility to work from home especially if you have a long commute.
When needed but they prefer to have everyone in the office.
What is Navan' policy towards pets in the workplace?
Dogs are allowed and welcome

What is the daily attire at Navan?
Tech-attire. You can wear whatever your want but a lot of people tend to be more business-casual than not. Most people show up in jeans and sneakers, from estaff to support staff.

If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Navan?
Provide advancement opportunities and give raises for people in support. They aren't shown enough appreciative feedback from their leads or management.
How are layoffs handled in the Admin department at Navan?
I feel they need to be more consistant on how it is done, HR needs to get thing more organized.
