Very hard to get promoted. You must show that you go above and beyond and even then it is hard. Over weighted with Senior Managers and this makes it hard to move up.

What do people at Concur think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
We really don’t talk about our CFO very often. When the subject does come up, positive comments are made.
We don't hear from the CEO much anymore.
Depends on if you're talking about the SAP CEO (Bill McDermott) or the President of Concur (Mike Eberhard). Concur is an SAP company. Both are great, specifically at motivating their employees. They also both come across as very personable. As far as improvement I don't really have one. However, I would mention that SAP is a massive Company and Concur is just a piece. As such, it can appear that Bill isn't always paying attention to Concur and / or that Mike doesn't have as much influence. While this isn't necessarily true, it can come across that way for some employees.
