pretty good. you have flexibility in schedule. just work with your manager.
It’s up to you on how balanced you want it to be here. Plenty of flexibility.
It's generally good and depends on your manager. However, there's a lot of politics so if you are not careful being more 'balanced' you could end on the wrong side of the 'blame'

source to contract is growing fast. New areas are pay and contingent labor.
All of it is growing fast
Growth has really slowed down. Coupa is just a niche (expenses) in the whole ecosystem of enterprise software and expenses is just a small portion for enterprises. There's not a lot of greenfield when it comes to expense management too, so Coupa has to convert existing customers. The better features of Coupa are in their UI compared to old clunky expense management UIs but Concur (one of the competitors) has a very similar UI. There is growth, but the growth will not be 'explosive', healthy and good business but not great.

Pretty cool teams. Normal hours - not usually too crazy. Culture is very big on performance so not many are slacking as it would stick out.

They are up to the management team, they call the shots, and there's very little feedback required from co-workers.

From the engineering perspective, it's very sales driven. People seem to be more focused an visibility than getting stuff done. Corny emails when somebody gets promotions. Great co-workers but flaky insincere management.
