This was the best part and inspired me about the future of my career. Unfortunately once I started that disappeared but I honestly enjoyed the online application and quizzes.

They need to be open to everyone and not only Spanish speaking people. Franchise management and hr desperately need to get involved. Although this is specific to one store and allowed by only one franchise owner.

Communication! I was hired two weeks prior to ever being given a shift due to lack of communication between the store manager and the general manager. Also due to my nationality and spoken language, not one employee interacted with me. To the extent of me having to move stores just to get training.
