What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Treating employees with more respect.

Attitude and if don't want to work quit don't make your staff feel like they don't want to work. Also I didn't get paid yesterday when normally gets paid two days early. I belive she is playing with my money because I quit. Do not appreciate this.

Team work. Every shift is for themselves. Professionalism, I have never seen such an unprofessional team of managers. Over all doing their jobs correctly.

Less retaliation and more hours for those who work harder less favoritism as well

COMMUNICATION is the key here. And it's lacking

Treating employees with respect and being honest about pay and hours worked and managing resources in stores we dont have necessary cleaning tools and we cant wash or dry our hands while handling food its disgusting
