Overall feeling of teamwork and like you belong to something. everyone here is working for the same company yet, they don't seem like your coworkers, but your competition.

Overall I think there needs to be a culture change at this company. Everyone sticks to themselves, and rarely interacts with one another outside of work. There is no feeling of family or like you belong. Just another cog in the wheel.

Hiring more people, your entire staff is overworked. People leave but, the hiring team does nothing to replace them.
