I only rate them 5/10 because thats the percentage of coworkers I’ll get to talk to after all realignments and synergies are said and done.
Less volatility, having answers for us when we ask questions about the merge, more money spent on outings and team building so its actually a fun place to work again. Happy employees = happy clients/customers = more money
