What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understand home/work balance. You can't overwork and underpay someone while also offering no incentive or chance for advancement.

Hypocritical/excessive spending, employee stress, "good ol' boy" network, egos, glass ceiling for women, actions contradict words, executive perks, don't encourage new ideas, will "Dowize" every employee that comes from DuPont.
