Understanding their technology and product and less about sales. Treating their employees with dignity and dialing back on the performative posturing at meetings.
There needs to be fair raises yearly that adjusts with inflation as well as room to grow. Hire people and not executives. Too many times I've been forced to do jobs beyond the scope of what I was hired to do.
