There is a clear lack of communication between the sales and marketing departments and sales more or less doubles as the marketing department (with no additional training provided).

Political work culture and poor management. Hardworking individuals at the bottom keep the product viable. Hollow and over inflated egos at the top... DreamBox is a business that does not care about their employees or their end clients. It's transparent to see how they exploit education for profit.

Understanding their technology and product and less about sales. Treating their employees with dignity and dialing back on the performative posturing at meetings.

The leaders are inexperienced and lack transparency. The company´s culture was ruined as soon as they brought on the leaders who don´t value their team

There needs to be fair raises yearly that adjusts with inflation as well as room to grow. Hire people and not executives. Too many times I've been forced to do jobs beyond the scope of what I was hired to do.

Coworkers were great but also overworked and left with little direction from managers. We were left to fend for ourselves.

The veneer of the company attracts good people. Unfortunately the good ones do not stay for long.
