  • Was a great company, then split into pieces and followed a failed market path that was tried and failed before. Management needs a house cleaning.

  • Go back to treating everyone as one big family.

  • I would empower my strongest workers to be the self motivated leaders that they naturally are. I would ask more of the "do just enough to get by" group to help even the work load and keep my strongest from burning out. I also would reward my strongest workers occasionally. Nothing random about it and i would make it known. I would hope this tactic would encourage my unmotivated workers to step up and bring more to the table, as they would also be rewarded for doing so. As for the rest, anyone who comes to work and does nothing for 12hrs I would view as usless and expendable. So, if you came to work under me and did nothing for your whole shift, it would be the last day you would be allowed in the gate. Period!

  • Mine was very good. First I got a tour of the plant, followed by 2 or 3 extensive interviews. They did a good job of making you feel comfortable while trying to answer some of the harder questions.

  • Into team building, and it is very safety minded. Management puts safety way above anything else

  • Management culture is very laid back, appreciative and always helpful. Operations culture is very lazy per the majority. Literally, one third of operations does all the work. Everyone else does as little as possible or nothing at all. Please understand that some literally do nothing. Its known abroad with no consequences. Also, when there are consequences, everyone suffers for a few. This is terrible for the morale of our good workers. I don't understand everyone paying the price for a few, never have. If you have an apple tree with 500 apples and 50 were bad, would you chop down the whole tree or throw out the bad ones? I would throw out the bad ones. Our site just chops down the whole tree. I can't find any internal logic there that benefits the company nor the workforce. This tactic only weakens the strongest of our site. Meanwhile, the same employees who abuse the system and cause the mandated structural changes will continue to find new loop holes.

    There's not enough people to safely do the work. Too many office personnel and contract employees. With the record $800+ million in PROFITS!

  • Quit talking about others and running them into the ground. Quit contributing to a hostile environment.
