Overall, good. There is a lot to get use to and you have to be very flexible. You have to know who to talk to on the leadership team if you want something to get done. Communication isn't always the best but you can see that they're making an effort to improve.

Overall okay. Could it be better? Absolutely... there is an issue with organization and what comes off as the leadership team not having full confidence in each other (a bit of lack of support at the top). My direct manager and my team members are great!
