I feel heard and regarded. I like the collaboration and the ability to participate in the building of new ideas and concepts. Probably one of the most creative jobs I have ever had.

We work together to come to a collaborative result. You're able to weigh into the fray and other views are considered. We make collective decisions and test the success. If it doesn't work we can tweak.

Providing creative solutions to help the firm put forth go to market strategies. The use of different medias to get that message out there and the creative team I have at my disposal to engage the different platforms in order to do so.
