Mr. Timothy R. Damadian, also known as Tim, has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Fonar Corp. since February 11, 2016. Mr. Damadian served as Treasurer of Fonar Corp. since December 1998. Mr. Damadian served as the President of HMCA since its formation in March 1997. Mr. Damadian served as the Chief Operating Officer of Health Diagnostics LLC. Mr. Damadian served as a Field Service Technician for FONAR. Mr. Damadian became Director of Manufacturing in October 1989 and was promoted to Vice President of Operations of FONAR in July 1992, in which position he served until December, 1998. He graduated from Suburban Technical School in 1982, where he studied digital computer technology.

Mrs. Claudette J. V. Chan has been Secretary of Fonar Corp. since January 2008. Mrs. Chan has been employed since 1992 by HMCA and its predecessor, Raymond V. Damadian, M.D. MR Scanning Centers Management Company, as 'site inspector,' in which capacity she is responsible for supervising and implementing standard procedures and policies for MRI scanning centers. From 1989 to 1994, she was employed by St. Matthew's and St. Timothy's Neighborhood Center, Inc., as the Director of volunteers in the 'Meals on Wheels' program, a program which cares for the elderly. Mrs. Chan has been a Director of Fonar Corp. since October 1987. She received a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Cornell University in 1960.

Dr. Raymond V. Damadian, M.D. serves as President and Treasurer of Health Management Corporation of America ('HMCA'), a subsidiary of FONAR Corporation. Dr. Damadian serves as the Principal Financial Officer of Fonar Corporation and has been its Treasurer since February 2001. He served as the President of Fonar Corp. since its inception in 1978 and as its Chief Executive Officer until February 11, 2016, Treasurer since February 2001 and also served as its Chief Financial Officer. Dr. Damadian served as the Acting principal Financial Officer of FONAR Corp. He has been a Director of Fonar Corp. since 1978. He serves as a Director of Health Management Corporation of America. Dr. Damadian is a 1988 recipient of the National Medal of Technology and in 1989 was inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame, for his contributions in conceiving and developing the application of magnetic resonance technology to medical applications including whole body scanning and diagnostic imaging. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Fonar Corp. In addition, Dr. Damadian conducted post-graduate work at Harvard University, where he studied extensively in the fields of physics, mathematics and electronics. Dr. Damadian received an M.D. degree in 1960 from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York and a B.S. degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin in 1956.

Mr. Luciano B. Bonanni has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Fonar Corp. since June 27, 2016. Mr. Bonanni served at Fonar Corp. as Vice President since 1989, during which time he oversaw general operations, research and development, manufacturing, service, sales, finance, accounting and regulatory compliance. Prior to 1989, Mr. Bonanni served as Vice President of Production and Engineering from the time of Fonar's initial public offering in 1981. Mr. Bonanni joined Fonar Corp. as an Electrical Engineer in 1978. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Manhattan College.

Louis Corradeno serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing of Fonar Corporation. Louis started at Fonar Corporation in August of 1989. Louis is currently based in the Greater New York City Area.
