Mr. MacDougall served as the Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of New Senior Investment Group Inc. Prior to joining Fortress, he served as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from 2006 to 2007. Mr. MacDougall served as Vice President of Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC. He served as an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he began practicing in 2001. At Sullivan & Cromwell and Cravath, he specialized in capital markets transactions and provided corporate governance advice to both public and private companies. He serves as a Non-Executive Director of Mapeley Limited and Shanghai Starcastle Senior Living Services Ltd. His practice focused on a broad array of capital markets and corporate governance matters. Mr. MacDougall received a B.A. in History from Yale College and a JD from Harvard Law School.
