Prior to joining Fortress, he served as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from 2006 to 2007. Mr. MacDougall served as Vice President of Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC. He served as an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he began practicing in 2001. At Sullivan & Cromwell and Cravath, he specialized in capital markets transactions and provided corporate governance advice to both public and private companies.
