Mr. Craig A. Roda has been Senior Executive Vice President of Community Banking at Fulton Financial Corporation since February 2009. Mr. Roda has been the Chairman of the Board at Fulton Bank, a subsidiary of Fulton Financial Corp., since February 2009 and has been its its Chief Executive Officer since 2006. He joined Fulton Bank in 1979 and served as its President since 2006. He was president of the Lancaster Housing Opportunity Partnership and has served as chairman of the board of Leadership Harrisburg Area, the Pennsylvania Bankers Association's Credit Access Task Force Committee. He has also held volunteer leadership positions with the United Ways of Lancaster County and the Capital Region. He serves as a Director at Fulton Bank. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Franklin and Marshall College. He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Ms. Meg R. Mueller has been Head of Commercial Banking at Fulton Financial Corporation since January 1, 2018 and has been its Senior Executive Vice President since 2013. Mr. Philmer H. Rohrbaugh has been Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fulton Financial Corporation (the ???Corporation???) since December 2016 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from June 2016 to December 2017. Mr. Rohrbaugh joined the Fulton Financial Corporation in November 2012 as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer and served as its Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since June 2016. Mr. Rohrbaugh was a managing partner of KPMG, LLP's Chicago office from 2009 to 2012; Vice Chairman Industries and part of the U.S. Management Committee of KPMG from 2006 to 2009; he joined KPMG in 2002. He has more than 35 years of experience in public accounting with substantial audit experience serving public and private companies, including financial institutions, and advising companies on accounting, financial reporting matters, equity and debt offerings, and merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Rohrbaugh serves as a director of a public manufacturing company and a national department store chain.

Mr. Stephen R. Miller, also known as Steve, has been President and Chief Operating Officer of Fulton Bank of New Jersey since August 2011. Mr. Miller served as the President of Skylands Bank at Fulton Financial Corporation. Mr. Miller served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Skylands Community Bank. He began his banking career in 1974 and joined Skylands's in 1993 as a Commercial Lender. He has headed Skylands's First Washington Division since last year.

Mr. Curtis J. Myers has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Fulton Financial Corporation and Fulton Bank since January 1, 2018. Mr. Myers served as Senior Executive Vice President of Fulton Financial Corporation (the ???Corporation???); and President and Chief Operating Officer of Fulton Bank, N.A. (the ???Bank???) since July 2013. Previously, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of the bank and Executive Vice President of the Corporation since August 2011. She served as President of government lending at Susquehanna Bancshares in Lititz, Pa. Ms. Ozer served as Senior Vice President of Hudson United Bank, Plymouth Meeting, Pa. She began her career as a loans specialist with the U.S. Small Business Administration. She served as Chair of the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders. She volunteers her time on the Small Business Board of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and the board of Directors for the Philadelphia Development Partnership. She serves on Small Business Loan Committee of The Reinvestment Fund serving the greater Philadelphia area.

Mr. Dave M. Campbell served as the President of Fulton Financial Advisors, N.A. He is alo the President of Clermont Wealth Strategies.

Ms. Kristen L. Hartman has been Chief Fiduciary Officer, Senior Vice President and Manager of Trust Services - Clermont Wealth Strategies at Fulton Bank of Fulton Financial Corporation since February 2012, April 2009 and August 2013 respectively. Ms. Hartman served as a Vice President and Relationship Manager at Fulton Bank. Ms. Hartman served as a Vice President and Relationship Manager of Fulton Financial Advisors, NA. Ms. Hartman joined the Fulton Financial Advisors on February 27, 2006. She previously was an Attorney at Nikolaus & Hohenadel.
