Mr. Craig A. Roda has been Senior Executive Vice President of Community Banking at Fulton Financial Corporation since February 2009. Mr. Stephen R. Miller, also known as Steve, has been President and Chief Operating Officer of Fulton Bank of New Jersey since August 2011. Mr. Miller served as the President of Skylands Bank at Fulton Financial Corporation. Mr. Miller served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Skylands Community Bank. He began his banking career in 1974 and joined Skylands's in 1993 as a Commercial Lender. He has headed Skylands's First Washington Division since last year.

Ms. Kristen L.
