My overall experience has been positive because we have focused on team building through fun activities, bbq's, potlucks, and meetings. We use a variety of meeting options to engage all our team members.

It's very different from work that I've done before, but I enjoy seeing how my role fits in with the overall mission and goals. I love working with a diverse group of people here, and I think there's lots of room for career growth for me here.

Working at Galileo is incredible. I get to work towards a mission I believe in, with incredibly competent people who always make me laugh and who support me as a whole person. I've also grown so much over my time here, and have been given many opportunities to stretch myself to try new things.
