What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get to work at two different functions of the same company (warehouse and camp) and both of my managers understand and support my work and life balance.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is made up of some of the smartest, hardest-working, highest-achieving, funniest, silliest people I have ever met. We support each other whenever we're handed a new or challenging task, helping each other leverage our strengths as we work towards a shared goal.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all believe in the same mission, and we all want to make the world a better place. At Galileo, we believe that innovation should be for all and we are helping kids ignite their creativity, dare to dream fearlessly, and imagine on how they can change the world.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviews feel like a mini day at camp. You get an opportunity to learn more about the company and get to experience what it would be like to work at Galileo.
