aligned values and company mindset that features being visionary, courageous, collaborative, determined and reflective. Summer camp culture seeps into the office bringing silliness, joy and creativity. We practice what we teach!
What did you like most about the interview process?
it felt very collaborative. I got to interact with a lot of people and really felt that we were all able to gather the information needed to find a good match. Extremely high level of candidate care. Authentic people and process.
