Working alongside incredibly passionate, competent, inspired, flexible and creative people, who have been set up for success in a positive environment that supports innovation on the individual level
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This organization is ACTUALLY mission driven, from top to bottom. Not only do we teach the kids the Innovation approach, but we use it to guide our hiring decisions and how we treat each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are real efforts made towards transparency and accountability. The executive team all make themselves very available, come to all-hands meetings and sit with everyone else, and participate in team meetings not only to give updates or announcements, but to solicit actual feedback.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick turnaround and good communication. I've waited more than a month from application to even hear whether I'll have an interview. I applied for another job at the same time as this one, and didn't get the rejection until I'd already been working at Galileo for a month
