They are open and transparent about their goals and how the company is doing. They are also not afraid on giving feedback and communicating company lows.

I appreciate that they are transparent in their processes, not just their end results and decisions. Hierarchy seems less important than the desire for honest, constructive feedback at every level and I feel comfortable providing feedback that is valuable.

Since I am in a seasonal position, there are no benefits other than the salary.

We are collaborative and caring of each other. There is a sense of teamwork and dependability in our team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is encouraging and cheerful to one another. We have inclusive groups and interest groups available.

Galileo's values are a part of the camp that we create for our families, as well as the offices and teams we have at headquarters. There is a lot of joy, thoughtfulness, hard-work, and humility from the people here and I cannot value it more highly.
