Opportunity to learn about roles, challenges, and growth.
  • What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work on initiatives that change lives.
  • What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair, with a balanced set of benefits for a small company.

Constructive Feedback From Galileo Learning Employees

  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wouldn't say it's the company per-say that I feel under paid, but I think the broader conversation on equitable pay for educators or folks working education seems disproportionate to peers working in other industries.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since I am in a seasonal position, there are no benefits other than the salary.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued at all! But I am not satisfied by our dependent benefit coverage. I wish health care for my children didn't cost me so much.
