My teammates. They are such a joy to work with. Also the office dogs!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an unwritten policy, "always assume positive intent" -- that means we assume the best about each other, and don't jump to conclusions about how or why someone might be reacting/saying/deciding something.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how transparent and collaborative they are. You can really feel that they care about building consensus and getting everyone's input before making big decisions. They care about how things impact your team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I definitely felt like the interview process for my role was highly tailored to the unique needs of this role, and helped give me a sense of the job before I had even started.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is made up of some of the smartest, hardest-working, highest-achieving, funniest, silliest people I have ever met. We support each other whenever we're handed a new or challenging task, helping each other leverage our strengths as we work towards a shared goal.
