The best thing about our team is that we all genuinely want everyone to do well. As competitive as this business is, we want our colleagues to all be successful as well.

When I was interviewed, I was able to meet with numerous team members and the interview was more conversational rather than an interrogation. The interviewers seemed excited about a new team member which made me want to work here.

We are actually encouraged to use ALL of our PTO which is unlike my previous employer. GTT believes in a work life balance. Not feeling guilty about taking a day off to go to the beach makes the day off that much more enjoyable!
