What do you like best about the leadership team?
Vishnu and the rest of senior leadership have extensive experience working in recruitment and the challenges that the team faces on a daily basis, and are happy to share their hands-on expertise; it really helps that they understand the fundamentals of recruiting, and not just business operations.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open door policy of all senior managers
The CEO of my company treats everyone equally.
We work hard , we play hard, everyone gets along. It is competitive so we push each other but we also can lean on all. We all generally care about each other and their families and lives outside of work. Between the Rect and sales team there is no loss of opinions to help a co worker out

The CEO listens to what a recruiter is saying.
With me it was different as I knew the principles as I have been in the business so long. They however new my expertise and let me take over operations to help shape best practices

What makes you most happy at work?
The sense of accomplishment when we meet our goals. We had a recent expansion into a new region, and it required a lot of work from everyone to get off the ground. Now it's been just over a year and the new division is a big contributor to company revenue. It feels really good to do that with a team
Great coworkers and office environment
This is after 30 years in this industry. I look forward to the challenge of the day. I look forward to the opportunity every day to compete with other industry leaders and win. I love identifying and bringing on new clients. I dont have to as I have a steady pipeline but it is the most rewarding
