There are a different set of rules from one shift to the next. They cater to the tattle tales. You're only as good as your last mistake always! I can go on

Change how the management treats manufacturing employees before their reputation gets even worse and no one wants to work there or you'll end up having to pay an excessive salary for workers.

They are growing so fast. This should be a company that everybody is trying to get into but it's the opposite! They claim they can't find people to fill open positions but yet they treat you so poorly while you're there that people end up leaving or just keep such a poor attitude and work ethic.
