I came from companies where I worked hard, and felt unnoticed and not valued. It was a drastic change to come to GR0, where everyone is made aware of their value to the organization. GR0 really does strive to make our company a great place to work, and I truly appreciate that!

They make transparency a priority, as well as doing an amazing job of creating an awesome culture in a company where almost everyone is remote. They also have an open door policy, and encourage us to speak with any and all leaders whenever we have any questions. I am so happy to be working at GR0!
