For the most part, it's been an overall positive experience. Despite the challenges, working with people who genuinely care about the culture they are cultivating is awesome.

They are people centered. As a start-up, things are constantly changing which can be frustrating but they work overtime to ensure we have what we need as employees to get through transitions cleanly.

I feel like I can see progress everyday. Even if it's not coming at the rate I want to see it. I appreciate the progress that's made daily and can see positive change taking place.
