I love working for Gr0. It has changed my life in so many positive ways.

Gr0 has completely changed my life in every way, shape and form. One year ago I was depressed and miserable at my retail job. Gr0 showed me that good employers do exist, and provided yet another example of it is possible to do anything that you put your mind to!

Everybody is so understanding and caring. Its almost strange to be treated like a human after working so many other places.

The insurance options were actually an upgrade to my current set-up, which is basically unheard of when being offered benefits by an employer. So happy about that!

The way people interact is really incredible. The "laid back" atmosphere mixed with the faced paced work really balances itself out and makes for an awesome culture.

I have never felt so supported working anywhere else in my life. Jon and Kevin recognize and respect that we are people, and not just numbers or cogs.

I can ask anyone anything (even stupid questions) and I am always met with a warm and welcoming answer. Even though nobody knows each other, we all have this sense of mutual respect and I love that.

There are no stupid questions here, and for someone like me, that is HUGE. Everyone is always so warm and welcoming and are willing to go the distance with you to accomplish something. We all succeed together!

The fact that we have slack channels for employees to talk about their passions outside of work to me is a huge sign that our environment and culture and in such a good place. This creates an atmosphere where I feel I can excel in. Its only gotten better over the last year!
