Mr. Diego Fernando Solano Saravia serves as Chief Financial Officer of Grupo Aval Acciones Y Valores S.A. Mr. Saravia served as Vice President of Corporate Planning, of Grupo Aval since 2006. He previously served as associate principal at McKinsey & Co.and Corporate Vice President at Banco Santander Colombia. Mr. Saravia has been a member of the boards of directors of Porvenir and Gas Natural S.A. since 2009. He has held, among others, the positions of Investment Banking Project Director, Corporate Finance Vice President, Economic Groups Vice President. Mr. Saravia holds a degree in Systems and Computing engineering from the Universidad de los Andes and a Master in Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Rodolfo Tabash Espinach has been Chief Executive Officer and President of BAC Credomatic at Grupo Aval Acciones Y Valores S.A. since July 2016. Mr. Espinach has previous acted in several key management positions in BAC Credomatic for the past 20 years, including Country Manager for BAC International Bank and its Panamanian subsidiaries, General Manager of BAC International Bank, Regional Chief Operating Officer for BAC Credomatic's Banking Business and Commercial Banking Manager of Banco BAC San Jos??. He is also a member of the board of directors of several BAC Credomatic subsidiaries. Mr. Carlos Eduardo Upegui Cuartas serves as President of Banco Popular S.A. Mr. Cuartas has been President of Banco Popular at Grupo Aval Acciones Y Valores S.A. since June 2014. Mr. Cuartas served as Vice President of Commercial SME & Personal Banking for Banco de Bogota SA. He served as an Executive Vice President of Banco Popular, legal representative of Ripley Compa'?a de Financiamiento S.A. from 2012 to 2014 and President of BCSC S.A. from 2009 to 2012. He has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors in several financial entities including Metlife Colombia Seguros de Vida S.A., Titularizadora Colombiana S.A., Dep??sito Centralizado de Valores de Colombia - Deceval S.A. Mr. Cuartas holds a Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Markets from Universidad de los Andes.

Mr. Carlos Ernesto Perez Buenaventura has been the Chief Strategy Officer of Grupo Aval Acciones Y Valores S.A. since 2012. Mr. Buenaventura served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Barclays Bank, SA, Spanish subsidiary of UK bank Barclays. Mr. Buenaventura has over 20 years experience in the banking sector. Since 2004, he has worked as Senior Consultant of finance companies with a presence throughout Latin America. Previously, Mr. Buenaventura developed an extensive and successful career at Citi where his last position was in charge of the Division of Consumer Bank for the countries of southern Latin America. Previously he was the Division Head responsible for the Retail Bank, the Pension Fund Business and the Consumer Finance Companies of Citigroup in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay. He also worked for Citigroup in Colombia, Ecuador and Puerto Rico. He has served as Marketing and Sales Manager of Alpina S.A. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Javeriana and has graduate studies in Business Management from Universidad del Rosario.

Mr. Rafael Eduardo Neira Torres serves as Chief of Internal Control at Grupo Aval Acciones Y Valores S.A. since 2009. Mr. Torres acted as Deputy Financial Superintendent and formerly as Adjunct Financial Superintendent, at the Superintendency of Finance from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Torres previously worked as an Operations Vice President at Banco Davivienda. Mr. Torres holds a degree in accounting from the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano and in banking management from the Universidad de los Andes.
