Mr. Diego Fernando Solano Saravia serves as Chief Financial Officer of Grupo Aval Acciones Y Valores S.A. Mr. Saravia served as Vice President of Corporate Planning, of Grupo Aval since 2006. He previously served as associate principal at McKinsey & Co.and Corporate Vice President at Banco Santander Colombia. Mr. Saravia has been a member of the boards of directors of Porvenir and Gas Natural S.A. since 2009. Mr. Carlos Ernesto Perez Buenaventura has been the Chief Strategy Officer of Grupo Aval Acciones Y Valores S.A. since 2012. Mr. Buenaventura served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Barclays Bank, SA, Spanish subsidiary of UK bank Barclays. Mr. Buenaventura has over 20 years experience in the banking sector. Since 2004, he has worked as Senior Consultant of finance companies with a presence throughout Latin America. Previously, Mr. Buenaventura developed an extensive and successful career at Citi where his last position was in charge of the Division of Consumer Bank for the countries of southern Latin America. Previously he was the Division Head responsible for the Retail Bank, the Pension Fund Business and the Consumer Finance Companies of Citigroup in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay. He also worked for Citigroup in Colombia, Ecuador and Puerto Rico. He has served as Marketing and Sales Manager of Alpina S.A. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Javeriana and has graduate studies in Business Management from Universidad del Rosario.

Mr. Rafael Eduardo Neira Torres serves as Chief of Internal Control at Grupo Aval Acciones Y Valores S.A. since 2009. Mr. Torres acted as Deputy Financial Superintendent and formerly as Adjunct Financial Superintendent, at the Superintendency of Finance from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Torres previously worked as an Operations Vice President at Banco Davivienda. Mr. Torres holds a degree in accounting from the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano and in banking management from the Universidad de los Andes.
